This project was completed as part of a Women in Tech bootcamp, where the focus was on rapid collaboration, problem definition, and product validation. Within a three-day sprint, a team of five participants worked to design and present a minimum viable product (MVP) using design thinking principles and agile methods.
Responsibilities included project leadership and UX design, with an emphasis on guiding the team through research synthesis, concept development, and decision-making under tight time constraints. The process prioritized clarity of scope, iterative testing, and alignment between user needs and functional requirements.
The outcome of the sprint was a functional MVP supported by a structured presentation, delivered at the conclusion of the hackathon to demonstrate both the product concept and the design rationale behind key decisions.
